1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your email address when you join the waitlist or create an account. We also automatically collect certain technical information when you use the platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and usage data such as session duration and features accessed. We do not sell this data to any third party.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the EmulatorCloud platform; to communicate with you about updates, early access, and support; to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no system is perfectly secure. You use the platform at your own risk and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We recommend using a strong, unique password for your account.
4. Session Recordings & Device Data
When you use the platform, we may store session metadata (timestamps, device configuration, error logs) to help diagnose issues and improve the service. We do not record the content of your device screen beyond what is necessary for streaming to your browser session. You control your data and may request deletion at any time.
5. Account Termination & Data Purge
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service — including but not limited to illegal activity, abuse, or fraud — all data associated with your account will be permanently purged from our systems. This includes personal information, session history, and any stored configurations. Purged data cannot be recovered.
6. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform, including Resend for email delivery. These services have access to your data only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
7. Cookies
We use minimal, essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of the platform.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at chirantan@lexoratechnologies.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR.
9. Children's Privacy
EmulatorCloud is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
