Terms of Service

No Refund Policy: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused subscription periods or account terminations due to Terms violations. See Section 6 for full details.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EmulatorCloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, waitlist members, and paying customers. The Service is operated by Lexora Technologies ("we", "us", "our").
2. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service is intended for software development, QA testing, mobile automation, and related legitimate technical activities. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to use the Service for any of the following: (a) inflating views, plays, impressions, or engagement metrics on any platform (including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, and similar services); (b) creating fake accounts, bots, or automated personas on third-party platforms; (c) click fraud, ad fraud, or traffic manipulation of any kind; (d) credential stuffing, brute force attacks, or unauthorized system access; (e) distributing malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious software; (f) scraping or harvesting data in violation of a third party's terms of service; (g) any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. Violation of this section results in immediate, permanent account termination without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4. Account Termination & Data Purge
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination for cause, all data associated with your account — including personal information, session history, device configurations, and stored credentials — will be permanently purged from our systems within 72 hours. Purged data is non-recoverable. No refund will be issued for any prepaid subscription period in cases of termination for cause.
5. Subscription & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. You authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction and are your responsibility.
6. No Refund Policy
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any subscription fees paid, including but not limited to: unused portions of a billing period, plan downgrades, accidental purchases, or dissatisfaction with the service. If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, you forfeit any remaining subscription value without refund. In exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate charges due to a billing error on our end), refunds may be considered at our sole discretion by contacting chirantan@lexoratechnologies.com within 7 days of the charge.
7. Intellectual Property
EmulatorCloud and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are the intellectual property of Lexora Technologies. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without express written permission. Your own code, test scripts, and data remain your property.
8. Service Availability & Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. EmulatorCloud is currently in active development and may experience downtime, data loss, or breaking changes. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruption or data loss.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexora Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lexora Technologies and its affiliates from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
